Prior to beginning the program, the University contracted a third-party consultant to conduct an asset inventory and evaluation of opportunities. This helped to define the initial projects based on value and opportunity, in conjunction with input from the Steering Committee and Leadership Council. Future projects and priorities will be determined through input from the Leadership Council, Steering Committee, and other key partners across the University.

We recognize that there are significant financial, business, and operational impacts to this program and are working with key partners across the University to ensure the program is inclusive, meets the needs of the campus, and aligns with the University’s mission and values.
