When checking out in any of our Pittsburgh area stores present your University of Pittsburgh employee ID. Each register will have a University of Pittsburgh store purchasing card that they will scan so your will automatically receive the University discount.

Ordering Online

Have your products shipped to your home address. As an employee of the University of Pittsburgh, there will be no charge for delivery to your home and no minimum order amount. Web purchases must be paid by credit card.  Please email Greg Babbs at gregory.babbs@officedepot.com. All we need to create a login is your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address.
